SORT-R is a machine that, using the special characteristics of the brushes, can provide the sorting of objects, i.e. closures for bottles or capsules for coffee. SORT-R does not use vibrations nor compressed air, and can sort in a delicate and silent way.The format change is very fast, and the overall sizes of the machine are very small.Due to its characteristics SORT-R is suitable for treating medium and low productions, normally from 100 up to 300 pieces per minute, but arranging several units side by side one can obtain a system that may process high productions too.Its simple structure makes SORT-R a solution economically interesting.
